City Pulse simulates real-time user telemetry on a map using:

• Telemetry: GPS location updates (green dots)
• Scans: QR code scans at stations (cyan alerts)
• Notifications: Geofence alerts (red alerts)

2. POST /demo/telemetry → Redis Geo Index
3. Geofence check (Times Square trigger)
4. Redis PubSub broadcast to all clients
